Charlotte McDougall
Charlotte McDougall is a communication and leadership coach. For the last fifteen years she has been working with top city institutions and private clients. She advises on all aspects of verbal and physical communication. She works at all levels from 1-1 coaching with board members, senior management and partners to leading group training and communication workshops.
Charlotte works with her clients to help them become conscious and consistent in the way they present themselves in their business lives. Her speciality is building presence and personal impact, developing leadership and interpersonal skills, managing challenging conversations, influencing skills, winning new business and developing strong client relationship skills. She particularly enjoys preparing speakers for conference appearances and town halls and working with pitch teams. In the last twelve months Charlotte has helped prepare ten clients for promotion or interview and all ten candidates were successful. Charlotte also works on major investor presentations and company exits.
She has recently coached teams and individuals from Nomura, Linklaters, Deloitte, Clifford Chance, Skadden, Invesco Perpetual,Unilever, GAM, Numis, Allen & Overy, Herbert Smith Freehills, Adecco, Russell Reynolds, Gallagher and Kirkland & Ellis.
Charlotte’s background is as a professional actor and comedy writer and she has appeared on film, television and stage. She has written and starred in four comedy series of “The Bearded Ladies” for Radio 4 and has performed alongside Cate Blanchett, Miranda Hart, Stephen Fry, Sally Phillips and Ronnie Corbett.
Tim Kane
Tim is a role-player, communication coach and facilitator. He has worked in this field for over 20 years and across many sectors – professional services, law, banking, pharmaceutical, telecoms, social and broadcast media, charity, government, and with individual politicians. He is based in London and has worked throughout Europe as well as in USA, India, Singapore, UAE and Australia.
Tim helps individuals develop their skills in areas including client interactions, performance conversations, influencing and managing difficult conversations. He is also a highly-experienced presentation skills coach and media training coach.

Tim particularly enjoys working one-to-one and with small groups. He is highly skilled at giving detailed and constructive feedback, building confidence and tailoring the challenge for each person so as to maximise their learning.
He has recently provided his services to organisations including BBC, Facebook, Barclays, HSBC, ING, Novartis, Astra Zeneca, Deloitte, Clifford Chance, Linklaters, Freshfields, Bank of England, Met Police, Foreign Office, and Macmillan Cancer Support.
Alec Nicholl’s
Over the last 18 years Alec has built a wealth of experience in both the public and private sector. He works as a facilitator and coach.
Alec’s areas of experience include leadership development, assessment centres, development centres, customer service, communication skills, presentation skills, diversity training, personal impact, crucial conversations and negotiation skills.
Alec focusses on experiential based learning - practicing and doing rather than theorising. Alec trained and continues to work as a professional actor. Performers will rehearse, athletes will train and musicians will practice. For Alec, this is the most effective method to raise self-awareness, build confidence and get results.

Caron Anson
Caron has worked extensively in both the public and private sectors. His personal development work is at all levels from Chief Executives, Partners and Directors to senior managers and sales teams. Combining his acting skills, personal skills and business experience, he works extensively in forum theatre and role-play.

Caron works in many different sectors - banking and financial institutions, law firms and accountancy firms, oil, energy and rail companies and several super-luxury brands. He is most interested in the personal development of his clients and his feedback skills are highly regarded.
Edie Lush
Edie is a communication and personal development coach. She works at all levels from 1-1 coaching to running group training and communication workshops for international participants.

Edie is passionate about clear and effective communication - she works with clients to help them draw in listeners even before they open their mouths to speak. She coaches individuals to successfully pass promotion panels, win new business, develop leadership skills, increase their personal impact and build more significant business relationships.
